Inspired to help create change in our communities, Lindsay Guhl became passionate about giving back at a young age. Beyond her extensive community service, Lindsay is consistently a top-producing real estate broker, and she brings over a decade’s worth of philanthropic board experience to RE-CONNECT Chicago. With her generosity, volunteer work, and commitment to making a positive impact on our community, Lindsay continues to support a number of local charities & programs.

As a lifelong Chicagoan, Laura Perez-Freytes is guided by a genuine love for her city and a heartfelt commitment to giving back. Rooted in relationship, connection, and service, she believes meaningful change begins with listening, showing up, and bringing people together around a shared purpose.

Professionally, Laura serves as a Real Estate coach and trainer, where she is known for her thoughtful leadership, collaborative spirit, and ability to translate big ideas into thoughtful action. Colleagues and partners often describe her as warm, approachable, and deeply invested in the people and communities she serves.

Laura lives on Chicago’s Northwest Side with her husband and their four children. Whether through her work, volunteer efforts, or everyday interactions, she strives to lead with kindness, curiosity, and a sincere desire to make Chicago an even better place to call home.

VICE-PRESIDENT & MARKETING

 An accomplished real estate trainer and top producing sales person, Sabrina Bier brings years of networking and marketing experience to RE-CONNECT Chicago and has a knack for filling a room with the right people. A passionate community builder, Sabrina has two young adult foster daughters and a rescue dog, Gretchen.
